I believe our minds and souls deserve care and attention - especially during the challenging seasons of life. I want to be here to help you heal, learn, and grow so you can find balance, freedom, and hope in your life and relationships. Please contact me if you have any questions about me (or about counseling in general), or if you'd like to set up a free phone consult to get started.

Getting Started

Beginning something new like counseling can feel daunting, but it's easy to get started. You can call me at 206-826-9342 or email me at if you have questions, or if you're ready to get started!

We'll have a free 15-minute phone consult so we can get to know each other and see if it's a good fit.

If we're a good fit, we will set up your first 50-minute counseling session for as early as next week.

We'll continue to work together toward lasting change in your life. You can begin and end your process at any time.

All sessions are currently being held over secure video calls to maintain the highest standard of safety, kindness, and respect for you, me, and our community.

Are you a therapist near me?

I am currently available to see clients located in Washington state. Currently, all sessions are being held over video call. At this time, I do not have a clear timeline of when in-person sessions will be offered. As it becomes safe and appropriate to return to face-to-face work, I will update information here. Video sessions will always be an option moving forward, even when in-office work resumes. In the future, in-person sessions will be held at a new office space in Seattle. Location is not specifically determined at this time, but it will likely be in Belltown, Queen Anne, or the general vicinity of Downtown Seattle.
