Hi, I'm Lily. I'm a therapist in Seattle and I offer therapy to adults in individual sessions or couples counseling. I do this work because I think we're all created to grow in our lives and relationships, but I know that growth and healing are hard to do alone. I love providing my clients with a safe, supportive, empowering environment where they can be seen, heard, and understood. Through authenticity and compassion, my relationship with clients becomes a place where you can learn, heal, grow, process, and prepare for everything ahead in your story.  I am a female therapist, and I see men, women, people, and couples of all backgrounds; my office is a place that will be safe for you regardless of your identity.

I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate in Washington state, working under the supervision of another licensed marriage and family therapist to ensure my clinical work is the best. Beyond that, I am continually researching and training to serve my clients with the best practices to support your goals in counseling. As a therapist, I prioritize my client's goals, and am happy to share my expertise to help you build a happier, healthier life or relationship. If you have more questions about my counseling style or techniques, take a look at the therapy services I offer, or contact me and ask!

I'm an anxiety counselor, a relationship counselor, a family issues counselor, a stress counselor, a good day counselor, and a bad day counselor. If you're looking for me, I'm excited to meet you.

I know how hard it can be to feel like you’re stuck, disconnected, unhappy, or to feel unsure about the future, but you're not alone here. Don't waste another day settling for the struggle - contact me today to set up a phone consult or your first appointment so I can get to know your story.

I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Are you a therapist near me?

I am currently available to see clients located in Washington state. Currently, all sessions are being held over video call. At this time, I do not have a clear timeline of when in-person sessions will be offered. As it becomes safe and appropriate to return to face-to-face work, I will update information here. Video sessions will always be an option moving forward, even when in-office work resumes. In the future, in-person sessions will be held at a new office space in Seattle. Location is not specifically determined at this time, but it will likely be in Belltown, Queen Anne, or the general vicinity of Downtown Seattle.
